HG-JCX Automatic Flat Glass Laminating Line
HG-JCX series flat glass laminating line is a special laminating line developed by our company. It is mainly used in producing big flat laminated glass for architectures, bullet-proof glass etc. This equipment and laminated glass quality satisfied china standard (GB/T9962-1999).
Main Technical Features
☆ The whole production line adopts PLC control system and operation by touch screen.
☆ The washing & drying machine is the key machines of the production line, with digital display. It can clean soft LOW-E glass and coated glass but will not hurt the coated surface.
☆ We installed forced convection heating devices on the upper cabinet, to improve energy efficiency, the glass is heated evenly, improve production efficiency.
☆ Loading & unloading table with tilting frame, it is convenient to loading and unloading glass sheet.
☆ Powerful control system, comfortable human-computer interface, complete self-check system insure stable and reliable running.
