Hg-HJ Series Glass Sheet Combiner
HG-HJ series glass sheet combiner is especially processing the bend/double curved laminated glass, it will combine two pieces curved glass with PVB film. (This is the second step for making front windshield, next step is use pre-heat & pre-press machine to vacuumize them, ensure curved glass with PVB film can together closely. Last step is use autoclave to heat them, ensure PVB film to melt and bind two pieces of glass together, and then front windshield will be come clear and bright).

1. Machine's structure
This machine is consisted of 2 sets glass loader, glass conveyer, electric control system, pneumatic and vacuum system.
2. Technical feature:
1). Under controlled by PLC automatically in the full line.
2). The loader adjusts the speed by the frequency inverter, which is reliable and stable.
3). High efficiency, without the conveying by the operator, reducing the cullet rate the operator’s working intensity. The control program is empoldered by us, which is reliable and stable.
